At the rear of an overland off-roader, a single incorrect contact can often lead to hours of frustration or safe onward travel: sharp-edged rock steps, hidden tree stumps in the undergrowth, deep articulation in ruts, and hard bottoming out when rebounding mercilessly affect standard add-on parts. The MorE 4x4 steel rear bumper was developed precisely for this reality and protects the vehicle's rear where expensive damage to the bodywork, rear panel, lights, and add-on parts can quickly swallow four-figure sums. The massive construction shields the ladder frame area and provides crucial reserves when the Land Cruiser is reversing over rubble, edges, or abrupt terrain changes.
Made from steel with material thicknesses of 6, 4, and 3 mm, this off-road bumper provides the substance that a heavy-duty off-roader demands in rough terrain. The three-point adjustment possibility in all directions facilitates precise mounting and ensures exact alignment with the vehicle. Lateral supports screwed to the frame not only handle fine-tuning but also permanently stabilize the long side sections against twisting, impacts, and vibrations on rough tracks, washboard sections, and blocked terrain.
The surface treatment is also uncompromisingly designed for durability: shot blasting optimally prepares the material, arc zinc spray coating forms a highly effective protective layer against corrosion, followed by a Sahara polyester powder coating with increased abrasion resistance, and a black textured paint with a fine crack look. The result is a robust, expedition-ready rear solution with an integrated mounting for a fog light and reinforced shackle mounts for real recovery and towing operations in tough terrain.
Please note: This off-road bumper does not have a general operating permit (ABE), no TÜV parts certificate, and no regular road approval within the scope of the StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations). If the vehicle is to be driven on public roads, the following applies: Any potential registration by means of individual acceptance (§ 21 StVZO) must be clarified individually with the respective TÜV, Dekra, or KÜS inspector on site before purchase.
