The MorE 4x4 aluminum transfer case skid plate for the Mercedes-Benz X-Class (470 series) secures one of the most important and, at the same time, most vulnerable components on your vehicle's underbody. The transfer case sits relatively centrally beneath the pickup and is particularly exposed when crossing crests, during extreme articulation off-road, hard impacts on rocks, or when driving over thick tree stumps. Mechanical damage at this point usually means the immediate end of the journey and incurs immense repair costs – especially with the powerful V6 platform.

This vehicle-specific underbody protection reliably closes this critical safety gap on the underbody. Thanks to its sophisticated design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily having to install other plates of the underbody system (such as the front engine or main transmission protection).

⚠️ Important compatibility note: This skid plate is exclusively designed to fit the top engine variant of the Mercedes X-Class with the 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine (X 350 d). It does NOT fit the variants with the 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine (X 220 d / X 250 d). The suitable plate for the 2.3L version is linked below.
