Renew the main suspension bushes on your Mitsubishi L200 KA/KB and restore more controlled front-wheel and rear-axle movement. The front control arms locate the wheels, while the rear leaf-spring bushes and shackles guide the axle under payload, braking and drive forces.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit is available in three widths for the front mount of the rear leaf spring.

Measure the width on the vehicle

The option applies to the front mounting point of the rear leaf spring. Measure the existing bush or mount directly; model year and engine alone are not sufficient for a reliable selection.

• Front upper control arms: 4 PU bushes and 4 metal sleeves
• Front lower control arms: 4 PU bushes and 4 metal sleeves
• Front mounts of the rear leaf springs: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves in the selected width
• Rear leaf-spring eyes: 4 PU bushes
• Leaf-spring shackles: 4 PU bushes
• Front anti-roll bar: 2 PU bushes

Important installation note

At the designated front control-arm positions, remove only the old rubber. The original outer metal shell remains in the control arm and is reused for the PU bush. Inspect all spring bolts, shackles and mounting points for corrosion and wear.
