The MorE 4x4 Steel Combination Skid Plate for the Ford Ranger (PX1, PX2, and PX3 generations) offers highly resistant, comprehensive protection for the most vulnerable mechanical components on the underside of the vehicle's front. This skid plate covers three essential components simultaneously: the engine (including oil pan), the front axle differential, and the susceptible steering linkage with the tie rods.

The Ford Ranger is valued worldwide as an extremely robust utility vehicle, workhorse, and expedition vehicle. However, those who drive the vehicle appropriately in rough terrain, in forests, on construction sites, or on demanding overland tours quickly reach the limits with the original plastic or thin sheet metal covers. Since the Ranger has independent front suspension, the front differential housing and the sensitive steering components are unprotected in the potential impact area due to their design. Careless grounding on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps, or hard impacts in deep ruts can irreparably bend the tie rods or tear open the engine oil pan – leading to immediate oil loss and catastrophic engine damage.

This vehicle-specific 3-in-1 underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap on the underside of your pickup. A major advantage of this design: The skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily having to install the remaining plates of the underbody system.

⚠️ Excellent Front Compatibility: This skid plate is an absolute all-rounder for the entire Ranger platform from 2011 to 2022. It is specially designed to fit perfectly under both the original factory bumper (standard front) and seamlessly under the MorE 4x4 steel front bumper (model MO-Z033). It is suitable for all cab types (Single Cab, Extra Cab, Double Cab) and all engine variants (such as the 2.2 TDCi, 3.2 TDCi, or 2.0 EcoBlue).
