How the spacers affect the suspension
The spacers raise the frame and body relative to the solid axles. Actual lift can vary with spring condition and vehicle weight. Ground clearance beneath the axle housings and differentials increases only with larger tyres.
As height increases, axle offset, caster and the working ranges of the shock absorbers and brake lines change. Longer shocks, adjustable Panhard rods, caster correction and other suspension modifications may be required.
