Renew the anti-roll-bar chassis bushes on your Land Rover Discovery 2 and restore a more direct connection than soft or worn original rubber. Aged bushes can allow the bar to move within its mounts before its force is fully transferred.

This pair of orange 75 Shore A polyurethane bushes is available for either a 19 or 35 mm anti-roll bar and offers a more balanced setup than the blue heavy-duty version.

Measure before ordering

Measure the diameter directly on the cleaned anti-roll bar, not on the old bush. Rust, dirt or thick paint can distort the reading.

Why replace aged rubber?

Polyurethane deforms less during anti-roll-bar rotation than soft or aged rubber. This can transfer bar movement more directly to the chassis without using the firmer setup of the blue off-road version.

The final result also depends on the condition of the bar, retaining brackets, links and the rest of the suspension.

Installation note

Inspect the anti-roll bar and retaining brackets for scoring, corrosion or deformation. Clean the mounting surfaces and install the bushes without preload.
