Renew the main suspension bushes on your Mitsubishi L200 K-Series built from 1986 to 2003. The front control-arm bushes and rear leaf-spring bushes work together to locate the wheels and rear axle; after many years, soft or worn rubber can allow additional play.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit is available in three widths for the front mount of the rear leaf spring.

Measure before ordering

The option applies to the front mounting point of the rear leaf spring. Measure the existing bush or mount directly on the vehicle. Do not select the size solely by model year, engine or model code.

• Front upper control arms: 4 PU bushes and 4 metal sleeves
• Front lower control arms: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Frame-side front lower control-arm mounts: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Front mounts of the rear leaf springs: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves in the selected width
• Rear leaf-spring eyes: 4 PU bushes
• Leaf-spring shackles: 4 PU bushes
• Front anti-roll bar, inner mounts: 2 PU bushes
• Front anti-roll bar, outer mounts: 2 PU bushes

Installation note

Inspect all control arms, spring bolts, shackles and mounting points for corrosion, deformation and wear. Replace worn metal components separately and compare the selected width with the removed original bush before fitting.
