Prepare your Nissan Terrano I WD21 for regular off-road use, high payloads and sustained heavy loads by renewing the main suspension bushes. Soft or worn rubber can allow additional movement at the front control arms, rear axle links, Panhard rod and anti-roll bars.
This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit covers the listed front- and rear-suspension positions.
The firmer PU limits deformation at the suspension links more strongly than aged rubber and can help retain wheel and rear-axle position more consistently under braking, drive and lateral loads.
The firmer connection can also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body.
At the front upper control arms, remove only the old rubber and retain the original outer metal shell in the arm. Inspect all arms, bolts and mounts, clean the contact surfaces and use the supplied grease.
These versions have different hardness levels and recommended uses.
