Combine partial caster correction with heavy-duty axle-location bushes on your lifted Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series. A suspension lift reduces front-axle caster, while aged rubber in the control arms and Panhard rods can allow additional axle movement.

This blue 85 Shore A polyurethane kit uses eccentric front control-arm bushes together with regular bushes for the remaining front and rear mounting points. It is intended for approximately 50 mm / 2 inches of suspension lift.

Measure before ordering

Measure the width of the existing frame-side control-arm bushes or mounts at both axles. Select the matching 35 or 40 mm version.

Caster correction with eccentric bushes

The axle-side eccentric bushes in the front control arms reposition the front axle within the mounting point and can partially restore caster reduced by the lift.

The actual geometry depends on the true lift height, springs, arms, axle position and condition of the full suspension. This kit does not replace a professional alignment.

More stable axle location under high loads

The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the control arms and Panhard rods locate the axles more precisely and retain the adjusted geometry more consistently.

The firmer mounting can also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body.

Installation note

Install the eccentric bushes precisely in the specified rotational position. After fitting, have caster, axle position, steering-wheel position and suspension geometry checked professionally.
