Combine partial caster correction with more controlled axle location on your Toyota Land Cruiser 80 lifted by approximately 50 mm / 2 inches. A suspension lift reduces front-axle caster, while aged rubber in the control arms and Panhard rods can allow additional axle movement.
This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit uses eccentric bushes at the axle-side mounts of the front control arms together with regular bushes for the remaining front and rear positions.
The offset axle-side bushes reposition the front axle within the control-arm mounting points and can partially restore caster reduced by the lift.
The actual geometry depends on the true lift height, springs, control arms, axle position and condition of the complete suspension. The supplied installation template assists with orientation but does not replace professional alignment.
Polyurethane deforms less under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the control arms and Panhard rods locate the axles more precisely and retain the adjusted geometry more consistently.
Install the eccentric bushes precisely in the specified rotational position. After fitting, have caster, axle position, steering-wheel position and suspension geometry checked professionally.
These versions have different hardness levels and recommended uses.
