On the Toyota Land Cruiser / Prado J90 and J95, numerous suspension bushes work together to locate the front wheels and rear axle. When several original rubber bushes age, the result can be increased play, slower responses and less settled behaviour during load changes.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit covers the front control arms, rear trailing arms, rear Panhard rod and both anti-roll bars. It is intended as a comprehensive suspension overhaul for mixed road, touring and off-road use.

Why use PU for a comprehensive suspension overhaul?

Rubber bushes can soften, crack or deform more heavily under load as they age. This allows the control arms, trailing arms and Panhard rod to move further than intended. Polyurethane retains its shape more consistently and can limit these unwanted movements.

This can support more defined wheel and axle location during steering, braking and load changes. The 75 Shore A specification is less uncompromising than the blue heavy-duty off-road version. The actual difference will depend on the condition of the existing suspension.

16 or 19 mm – please measure

Different rear anti-roll-bar diameters were fitted. Measure the outside diameter of the anti-roll bar directly beside the bush. Selecting 16 or 19 mm solely by model year or engine is not reliable.

Installation note

Remove the old bushes completely and clean all mounting points thoroughly. Use the supplied assembly grease on the specified contact surfaces. Suspension and axle-location work should be carried out professionally, and all fasteners should be rechecked after installation.
