Prepare all four leaf-spring mounting points on your UAZ 469 for regular off-road use, high payloads and sustained heavy loads. Soft or worn rubber can allow additional movement around the spring bolts and shackles.
This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit renews the bushes on all four leaf springs and includes assembly grease.

Firmer leaf-spring location under load
The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber around the spring bolts and can guide the leaf springs and axles more consistently under payload, braking and uneven-road forces.
The trade-off can be increased transfer of impacts and vibration to the chassis and body.

Installation note
Inspect all spring bolts, shackles and mounts for wear or deformation. New bushes cannot compensate for worn bolts or damaged mounts. Clean the contact surfaces and use the supplied grease.
